1. Univariate – Price Distribution

Most of our listings bunch between $300k and $420k, with only a few stragglers below $250k or above $450k.

2. Bivariate – Square Footage vs. Price

The scatter makes the wide "hill" shape clear: price climbs fast up to about 2,500 sq ft, then the slope evens out.

3. Multivariate – Bedrooms, Square Footage, and Price (3D)

When we add bedrooms into the mix, we see clusters: three-bed homes under 2,000 sq ft form one cloud, while five-bed homes over 2,500 sq ft form another, each with different price bands.
